Opportunity Check

Open product

Overview

Find out whether a property may have BSA potential before committing to a full assessment.

Khamango Opportunity Check gives landholders and advisers an early, plain-English screen of Biodiversity Stewardship Agreement potential. Users can enter an address, Lot/DP, boundary file or rough manual details, then receive an indicative result: Strong signal, Possible but uncertain, or Low signal today.

  • Best for early landholder conversations and triage.
  • Uses public mapping, market and land-context signals where available.
  • Produces next-step guidance, assessor evidence prompts and uncertainty notes.
  • Clearly states that it is not a BAM assessment, valuation, legal advice or formal BSA submission.

Use it when someone asks, "Is my property worth looking at for a BSA?" A positive result should move to accredited assessor review, not be treated as approval.

  • Public beta access is now open.
  • Seller and buyer complete role-specific guided forms.
  • The system generates the NSW transfer form from mapped fields.
  • DocuSign handles signatures, witnesses and completion events.
